I purchased the monthly subscription, and the payment was taken from my account. However, the app is still asking me to re‑subscribe. This means I paid for a service I cannot use, which is unacceptable.This is a waste of money and a clear failure in your billing system. I expect my subscription to be activated immediately or my money refunded without delay. Please resolve this issue promptly.

So far, I paid an active subscription but it keeps going in circles and taking me right back to the purchase a plan page then a discount offer page. About 40 loops and I even rebooted my phone twice, tried on data and wifi, logged out twice all to no avail. disappointed. please, I want my 1 month GooglePlay Subscription actively working or refunded.

They took my payment and my card was charged, but it kept going in circles then told me payment failed. I tried a second time and the samething happened. Now I've been actually charged twice for an app that doesn't work and it all seems like a scam because I see others recently saying the same thing.
