It's great when it works. As others have noted, one or the other hearing aid will disconnect and you have to turn the aid off and back on to hope it will reconnect, reconnecting is spotty. Also love the ability to create and save different programs for different environments but the saved programs spontaneously disappear which is frustrating to say the least.

Update 2 months later: the hearing aids are great but your app totally sucks. My sound assist can't be programmed and every new meeting starts at an unbearably high sound level, it is so disorienting that i can't get to it fast enough to turn the volume down that i end up with a splitting headache. Every. Single. Day. Hearing aids unpair at the drop of a hat mid-call or meeting. Do better Widex. Do better.

Unimpressed. I appreciate that this app tries to do more things than other hearing aid apps, however it doesn't do them well. I have all aural notifications turned off, and the sound is still really hit or miss. It's also slow to load and crashes or spins, often. Why does it verbally announce program changes? I know what program I chose. I don't need it yelled at me. Even if it changes by accident, I can tell when program I'm in. I don't need the distraction of it being be stated. Loudly.
