My mom ordered what she thought was an Amazon Alexa and it was this AVGO brand. I set up easily. I put it in setup mode, connected to it via wifi, then it linked to my Amazon Alexa app. Without any extra setup it can already control all my other smart devices. I do dislike that I cannot use this device and app to allow communications through the alexa app to let me use my phone to call using this device though. For that I'll knock off a few stars, since I'm missing a huge feature.

This app skips over my songs that are already available on my phone. The instructions are not clear on how to connect to my speaker. It is really frustrating and takes a lot of effort. please fix.

It only says speaker is not connected when we say Alexa. And in the app it shows please make sure you are connected to the internet while I'm connected to full speed wifi. Kindly check.
