I'm unable to add events to my calendar using the "Add to calendar button". I get an error message saying "Can't find an application to process it". Customer support said it's a bug and they're working to fix it but there's no ETA yet. The app makes it easy for me to see what club events are coming up and it's also easy to sign up for them. But it's not very useful to me if I can't also add the events to my calendar.

I have had trouble with this app since I loaded it. Keeps showing a screen that states "You are not connected to the internet"- but I am. Then getting off that screen takes me back out to a login screen where entering email and password does nothing, no "invalid xxx entered" even. I am uninstalling and hoping for the best, if a reinstall fixes, I will change my review. ETA: There has been a fix, I still find this app less intuitive or useful than others, but I will upgrade from 1 to 4 stars.

Thanks for letting us know! We've released a new version (1.5) that should fix this issue. Could you please try the following: tap Settings -> Apps -> Wild Apricot for members -> Storage -> Clear data, then delete the app, then install it from the Store?

I have to continually uninstall and reinstall to get the app to work. I feequently get a message that I am unable to connect to the internet. It would be helpful if the app was personalised to the relevant audience. It is titled " Member App," which is a general title and not easy to find until you get used to it.

As a little relief of this you may try to just turn an internet off and on instead of reinstalling the app. And if you could share some details of cases when you faced with this issue it would help us to fix it faster.
