This not-for-profit App is a plant finder. When you give the App information about a plant such as the location, the flower color and the time of year, the App will show you images of plants that are likely to be the plant you are looking for.

The App includes 3,313 species of plants found in Colorado. Overall, 1,989 are "Wildflowers", 242 are shrubs, 116 are broadleaf trees, 22 are conifers, 24 are vines, 17 are cactus, 464 are grass-like, 57 are fern-like, 219 are moss-like and 247 are lichen.

maybe my phone settings need to change?? I looked up 1 flower and am unable to look up anything else. I don't have the black bar at the bottom of the page (shown in the screen shots above) to 'go back'. ?? ideas? cool...thank you!! for your prompt response. I found the problem. This app has an amazing collection of data included in it, including information about which altitude and at what times the plant has been observed. I like it much better than more expensive alternatives, because the library of plants appears to be comprehensive. You can actually find your plant!

Amazing app. It works/is offline so I can ID flora at 12,000ft above sea level, or along the Cherry Creek bike path. Helped me positively ID 13 species in Park county recently, including alpine wildflowers. It has a vast collection of data on flora found in Colorado and an intuitive identifying feature selection menu. This includes location, elevation and time of year. It gives a description of each plant and has an in-app glossary for botanical terms used. Character limit: I love this app.
