We tried setting up this app, but couldn't do it fast enough to get any benefit from it. Also (as a different complaint), we hated the pay structure of the tram. The merchants on the boardwalk ought to pay for hop-on/off. We passed many stores that we wanted to shop at, but we didn't because we would not be able to hop back on the tram when ready to move along. WE HATED THAT! A good app programmer could use GPS to collect valuable data to charge merchants more if they're at a 'hot spot'.

Can't track trams, which is probably the most useful component. Been this way for years and seems no attempt made to fix it.

Map to track the tram doesn't work which is a little disappointing. Very easy to purchase tickets and redeem on the app.
