My balance has gone from being in credit to minus credit and then back to zero and I cannot express how long it has taken me to try to find the help to resolve the matter. Finally get to live chat which is a joke in itself, AI bots with pre recorded messages that doesnt relate to what I am asking and I still haven't had my money refunded. No opportunity to speak with an actual person. Avoid this app!

I had a few issues after the last update, and now, all are sorted. So I upgraded my review from 1 star to 3, It's still 2 stars down because when I watch a football match live, and that match is finished, the app starts to change pages very fast. It isn't manageable, and I have to close it and open it again. It does it every single time.

Trying to place a bet on the Irish Lottery or any lottery has become nigh on impossible. It doesn't matter if you try early in the day or later, on my phone or Laptop/Tablet. Using WI/FI or mobile data, it's hopeless. I can top up my account easy enough no problem. I'd put it on in a shop but you closed that down. I'll be really pissed off if my numbers come up.
