Sucks want to give 0 stars. Very very slow huge delayed responses. Hate it. Not in love with the machine either. Very difficult for kids to understand how it needs to sit in their mouth and the sizing chart mist be off. I have a almost 10 yr old and an almost 7 year old and the xs must be too large for the 7 yr old because it was next to impossible for her to get a good seal she was discouraged and wanted to quit. I do not like that I have to use the app to get them going either... more bad...

Had issues with the toothbrush working properly. Sometimes the toothpaste wouldnt dispense properly. The app was fine, the device itself was the issue.

Unable to use because gets stuck at "Updating 99%"
