Security teams can validate guest passes and support managed property access. Assigned service providers can review and progress relevant maintenance work.
The workplace community allows approved members of the same property to share updates and comments. Members can report inappropriate content and block other users, while administrators have dedicated moderation controls.
Privacy and safety controls include optional notification permissions, contextual camera access for QR scanning and maintenance evidence, optional location sharing for emergency SOS requests, and in-app access to privacy requests and account deletion.
Access is restricted to registered and approved workplace users. Available features depend on the user’s assigned role and property.
