Just set the time of standing and time of sitting, then press start button. After that, you can exit app to do any activities, it will repeatedly remind you to stand up AND get back to work after times.
Love the idea. Wished it would actually chime at the times set. I use it for workouts to lift weights for 60 sec and rest for 60. The chime goes off randomly or not at all. Only chimes at the 60 sec mark occasionally.
Could have a little more customization available and sometimes gets seemingly turned off for no reason. Otherwise, a really solid app.
Great app except I can barely hear the vibration yet my phone vibrates great on other apps
Has helped me reduce my back and knee pain caused from excessive sitting.
