This is a terrible app. It takes me less time to drive into the city and find a park than it does to book one using this app. Why are there so many menus and why cant the app remember my details? Isn't the entire point of an app to make things simple?
I'm rarely inspired to review an app, but this is just too painful. The app's failure to remember your login details, and at least 6 screens of options and confirmations per booking make this a frustrating user experience. Spend a little money on UX guys. A saved favourite booking should be "Today, 9-5, 123 Some St", and should be 2 clicks at most.
As moronic as your pricing. Good to see that your app design is as poor as your car park prices. By piss poor I mean exorbitant. Whats the point in having an app if it doesn't save you logging in every time.
You need to organise a filter for maximum clearance height. Too frustrating to use
This totally makes sense So if you are trying to find a car park, and are using this app, that means you are BREAKING THE law for one by using your phone behind the wheel and putting other people at RISK because YOU are using your phone. Good job Wilson for essentially encouraging people to break the law. 👏👏👏👏
Tried to book at Entertainment Quarter, i could find it on tbe map but when i click on it and try to book - it wasn't in the drop down list. Frustrating
