I have been using this app for years without an issue, always great. Lately however I have been having issues depositing checks. The app closes sometimes as many as 3 times while try to deposit a check. It often takes multiple attempts to deposit one check. My phone isn't old. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled thinking that might help but no luck. I didn't see any reviews from anyone else having this issue. It's very frustrating. Other than that I still find this app very useful.

I've been using this mobile app to deposit checks for years. In the past 2 weeks the app keeps closing when I go to take the picture of the Front of the check. I've tried 8 times sometimes before it goes through. Very, very frustrating. I've even Uninstalled and reinstalled.

My mom has been using the app for about a year or so... and in the last update (Which I did update) My Mom nor myself couldn't log back in with the same Username & Password... What should I do??? Trust me I've reinstalled and tried to log in but no success...
