Designed with you in mind, the WE Connect customer portal app puts control in your hands through enhanced management and service configuration options. Use the WE Connect app to access your accounts through a secure, single sign-on interface that responds in real time and allows Windstream Enterprise customers to:
• View and pay bills
• Track orders
• Create, update and track support tickets
• Repoint Toll-Free numbers
• Set notification preferences
• Monitor network status, including the operation of SD-WAN EDGE devices

This app makes me want to risk the Coronavirus to go back to work in the office and use my office phone. I have to call out to people multiple times just to be heard, the connection is often staticky, clients are continually saying they can't hear me, the app is constantly kicking me out. I lost an opportunity to engage one of my clients due to these bugs. Definitely would not recommend to anyone who wants to actually be productive and work. Terrible terrible app.

Old app wasn't perfect, but at least it worked. Now this new WeConnect app is a total disaster... it renders the entire phone system unusable. And Windstream has a very poor customer service... We've been trying to get someone to help us with a myriad of problems for months with no luck... Stay away from signing a contract with them!!!

The old app was completely functional. Now I no longer receive voicemails via email (that functionality doesn't even seem to be an option anymore), which was the only way I could access them, since they don't update in the app. What's the point of creating a new app that completely destroys functionality and curtails your options? I haven't been receiving any notifications regarding voicemails for days now. You're actively undermining my ability to do my job.

We are very sorry for the troubles you've had with the app. You should be able to both listen to voicemails and configure your voicemail notifications from the app. To set up notifications, tap on your profile picture >> OfficeSuite User Settings >> Voicemail Settings.
