"The latest version of the Jazeera flights app looks nice and feels more user-friendly. However, there are issues. First, when you select a flight from the options, sometimes you can’t move to the next step to see the fare details. Second, you simply don’t know the final price until the very end—taxes and extras are only shown after completing details like names. Third, after selecting a seat, the process stops and doesn’t let you continue. These points make completing a booking difficult."

after, i dont like the new update and the new system for jazeerz, they try to force you in any to take you money, and make you pay, whe you book a ticket, and its now mooore complicated to book, before was easy. i hope they read this because iface too many problems, and they try to fix this problem and not be greedy and focus on the customer.

recently booked ticket with application while booking time available option only basic seat selection so purchased additional baggage but when reach to jazeera counter for boarding pass staff denied and asked extra money for baggage and giving vierd explanation that extra baggage I purchase it is just for empty bag after I never see this type of baggage rule and while booking time not mentioned anywhete, so carefully use this jazeera airways application they just want to make money
