Almost useless. Booked cab to airport using Paytm payment mode. After reaching airport, it still says 15 mins to reach and Paytm payment was not processed. Finally driver asked for cash. I ended up paying ₹980 in cash and the receipt I got from Meru after discount is ₹857.
Today, I took trips twice and both the times , driver forced me to pay them through their personal Paytm numbers and both times Meru has also deducted the amount from my Paytm account on their app. Informed in morning but no amount refunded. 397 + 320 need to be refunded. This amount already paid to both drivers. Very disappointed.

Useless app. I booked CAB for Airport one day in advance. I got message and CAB details 30mins in advance of ride as informed while booking. The driver called me and asked me the address.I told him to use GPS location still he insisted to tell me the route which i told him ans still insisted to use GPS location. After some time driver informed me that he has reached destination which was 3kms away from location.I feel it was not driver's mistake.This seems to be problem with app itself.I had to be on phone for almost 20mins to tell the route to driver and this all happend early morning 3.30am which was really annoying. On top of that when ride was started driver told me that meter is not starting so I had to call meru customer care and confirm that ride has started. I feel Meru need to seriousely work on app improvement.I had no choise as it is difficult to get UBER and Ola in my area early morning.
This review is for Meru app and not for the service rendered by Meru cab. I never ran into problems because of their service, but the app is a mess. I used it to book a taxi till Bangalore Airport on 19th August 2017. After the trip ended, both driver as well as I started refreshing the app for acknowledging the end of trip, which the app was simply not accepting. The actual fare can be known only then (which itself is pretty bad). I waited for around 15 mins there waiting to know exact fare from either app or email. Since I was getting late for my flight, I finally had to give 900rs to dismiss the driver. Much later, I got email from Meru that the trip fare is 691rs, which means I over-paid 200rs. What's the use of that receipt to me when driver himself might have gone back halfway across Bangalore? Other than this, the map just get stuck in between and doesn't update the location of cab.
Worst cab ever. No proper communication and worng navigation.. they charge extra and unexpected. They will charge more than the fare they so show while booking. But not to go for this cab..
