Ratings and reviews

"Application Failed to Load" on startup, not even an error code to Google and troubleshoot. Not running would be a forgivable oversight if there was at least anything to go to the developers with but instead all I can say is "it doesn't work for me", and switch to a bank that can actually offer this basic service successfully. Edit: opened eventually, 3 stars assuming it stays that way. Still a terrible app rollout for a fast food place, let alone a bank.

I'm happy about most of Wintrust banking. However, there are things I've come across that I'm not happy about. In fact, Wintrust holds a high regard for its customers, but as far as helping with certain issues, it seems problematic, especially on helping with refunds and dealing with people from Amazon, just for instance.

"Application has failed to Load" for three days straight and typically is down at least as often as it is up. Horrible rollout on updates. If my only option is to call the bank to check my account, why bother having an app or a website at all? Strongly considering switching banks, after I've been with Wintrust over 10 years. Unprofessional for a bank to have such an unreliable app.
