I love this app! I have had Alpine Bank, Blackhawk Bank, Midland, Chase, First Ame Bank, and much more. They don't compete. This app integrates well with my phone and tech support is amazing! Fixes apply asap, can edit transaction details, no lag or delay on my end at all. Sorry for those who do not have a good experience. Transfers occur within their cutoff times. Going to Rockford/Machesney branch are great experiences :) 10 10 recommend them and amazing in app debit card control and alerts.

"Application Failed to Load" on startup, not even an error code to Google and troubleshoot. Not running would be a forgivable oversight if there was at least anything to go to the developers with but instead all I can say is "it doesn't work for me", and switch to a bank that can actually offer this basic service successfully. Edit: opened eventually, 3 stars assuming it stays that way. Still a terrible app rollout for a fast food place, let alone a bank.

Wont let me transfer or even zelle! All my accounts say need update but I have no idea what that means or how to do. This is the worse app for banking I have ever had to deal with!!! Not only did they make their clients wait 4 days to access the new app but now it wont let you do anything and the cards aren't even working!!! I think it's time to switch banks!!!
