Wiser is great for my grandpa, but missing key components. The biggest flaw is that there is no 'new voice mail' notification. The handy notification board will inform you of missed call, but not a new voice mail. Also, it is a bit odd there is no way to edit the Home screen. My grandpa would like voice mail on the home screen, not off to the side. A large battery indicator icon would be nice touch- they don't make readers good enough to read it in the tiny top info bar.
Please, show where is the COMPANION APP? WISER prompted me to AGREE to this outside control, yet the COMPANION APP can't be found. Very disturbing. Who's watching and controlling, then?

After watching seniors use various launchers this seems to be the one they have the least trouble learning. HUGE drawback inability to customize home screen. Camera can be very confusing for the >80 crowd.

I'm older & want something easy and simple. This is better, but there is an annoying red flash arrow. No way to turn that off. I want simple, not a nag warning. Please allow us to turn that off

It's notifications board is not working with Redmi 4. If the bug will be fixed I'll give it 5 stars

Trying the remote connection option crashed my whole phone. It's white screen of death'd.
The call history doesn't show the names, even though I have them in my contacts. Also can't delete call history.
Good App . Its better if you include the date ,time , battery status and charging also to the screen.
This app is awesome the only major issue it stops working when you connect with your Google account

For the most part very easy to use for my mom but you can't get rid of certain windows (message board, Google sync, unused application window). The arrow pointing left to the first windows occassionally flashes red which confuses her. It doesn't indicate the time, date, or battery status. The graphics could be more crisp.
Downloaded this app for my aging mother who gets easily frustrated. I am not looking for frills. It would be 5 stars, but the first homepage is a dashboard for wiser which is a distraction from necesseties: phone, messages, applications, contacts. It lights up red when there is a message and it confuses her.
Is really good but you cannot get rid of the remote customisation screen. Makes it difficult to teach people how to use the phone as when it goes to that screen the phones physical home button won't return to the main screen. Please fix this and it will be perfect.
Have been using Wiser Launcher for a year or so on the LG H343 Risio. It worked great in 2016. However 2017 with new update. Have been getting a plethora of usability problems from frequent crashing to not letting me customize as used to.
Very ugly graphics. I'm sorry to say this. No option to customize. It's simple yes. But when the phone is flashy, the screen needs to have come colors too! On a 1080p display, the icons looks dull and edges are blurred. Please improve. It'd make a very good product.
Excellent app for elderly people, just have one recommendation: please add a clock, battery and signal widget so they can clearly see these things and not have to guess. Overall great app!
This app used you to work great. Now it asks me to sign in to google but it then removes Contacts. Not fit for purpose.
Sometimes the main Home page with be blank and won't show anything. It must be a glitch.
Why in call history contacts name is not displayed ? Other than that app is super
A great app for my myself. But i see that the name of the contact is not reflecting in the call history
Clock and battery signal and missed call notification missing.. rest all is very simple and user friendly.
Fails to do what it's supposed to do.. It makes phones more difficult.
I really like it but it should show the battery life and signal strength somewhere on the homescreen
Gallery doesn't work ... Notice board doesn't work ... Not a bad look, easy for older people to use
