About this app

There’s no need to try to find a parking space, organise a car-back or wait for a bus. With goto, you just tap to request a ride, and it’s easy to pay with credit card directly in the app or settle with cash in person (in selected cities only).

Getting started with goto is simple.
- Just open the app and tell us where you want to go (or use one of your preconfigured shortcuts).
- The app uses your location so your driver knows where to pick you up.
- You’ll see your driver’s picture, company and vehicle details, and can track their arrival on the map.
- Payment is made by automatically by the debit/credit card you've previously added.
- After the ride, you can rate your driver and provide feedback to help us to improve the service. You’ll also get a receipt by email.

Don't worry about waiting in the cold for a taxi to turn up - you'll be notified when your driver is arriving via push notification.

You can share your realtime ETA when in a ride with your friends via Snapchat, Messenger and more.

Any issues with your ride? You can use the in-app help chat to easily report and solve problems.
Left something in the taxi? We can easily notify the driver of that ride on your behalf.
