Poor Not Recommended dissatisfied highly. The persona app is taking a lot of time in verification and I see this is a complete failure of your application. Even after providing all details still my account is restricted and I am unable to login. The service is very poor and this is a wrong practice for use of LinkedIn. If a verification is mandatory it must be completed before the account is eligible to use. I have uploaded hundreds of my record and after that account not working.

App is awful. I'm trying to verify id but I can't take a picture and send. I have to take pictures and send from galary. Phone is old and worn out but this app won't let me and to contact them is like trying to get direct line to presidents home. Can't get it and no one is answering my requests so to contact live person is virtually impossible. Wouldn't recommend app to anyone.

This app is terrible. The camera app that it uses does not work. I can use my phones camera to take amazing pictures, including of my ID, but when I use this app to take a picture, it will not focus and always turns out blurry. This prevents me from using certain platforms and it's ridiculous. I've tried contacting support and they are no help saying, "We can't help you with this, please reach out to the organization you are applying through." The organization can't fix your app. Allow uploading
