App stopped working a couple of days ago, but I still received notifications. I've tried updating, clearing the cache, and uninstalling, but the app remains on the loading screen. Extremely inconvenient, especially because I cannot acess my class information via web browser... at least give us the option, so we won't be stuck when your app fails to deliver.

If I cancel an appointment and try to reschedule it, I don't get that initial credit back. It's lost forever. Also, a subscription will only renew at the same time you initially ordered it. So my initial order was later in the evening, but now I've been unable to make new appointments on the 1st of a new month because I don't get new credits until later that night. There's no way to either adjust this, or cancel the subscription and reorder it.

Downloaded app onto my new phone and cannot log into my account. Prompts me to enter email & password and then complete a captcha. Once the captcha is complete nothing happens. Can't move forward and if you close out, it takes you back to the password screen. Disappointing because it worked great to schedule fitness classes on my old phone, but now cannot complete log-in.
