Put some decent developers on this. In its current form the app is total garbage. Can't retrieve my booking or boarding pass properly. Wasn't able to upgrade my luggage for a flight I had two weeks ago. Nothing works the way it should. So much for investing in UX and bug testing. Absolute garbage.
The new app is rubbish,and you can't do the payment as normal(now there is showing some bank transfers),you can't even log on properly.Try to fix the problems bcoz you have a LOT !!!
Don't know how it used to be but the app in its present version is completely useless. It just hangs. Can't sign in, can't retrieve boarding cards, can't register. Total garbage
Can not check in only 2 days before the flight. It is not a customer friendly development
Whenever I try to open my boarding card, I get a message "Something bad happened"
I'm happy enough with the app, and over the years I've come to regard Wizzair as the best budget airline ever, because I can depend on them. But if Wizzair is serious about customer satisfaction, they really should make themselves more accessible, by reduce the cost of contacting their call centre.
