It is terrible! Customer service can not solve a problem! I tried to purchase a flight + rental car. I only got a booking number but it is more than 24hours and still say pending to process, no information about the flight, I called Customer service for more information or cancel all process and 3 different people could not solve my inconvenience. still shows in the app that the transaction is in process, can erase the information, but still no information about the flight.

Don't try to change or get a refund on your ticket.... It Won't happen. (They did offer a voucher... I think however nothing I have recieved yet Seemed like hours on phone with "customer service" with them issuing me approximately $10 refund, my total was between $700 and $800. They were very difficult to understand and follow after multiple times on hold while "she checked on something" (it was a Very trying experience and I am a pretty patient person in general). Very Poor Customer Service....
