Amazing until the app stops working >100 lessons in. I've been getting "cannot connect to server" issues nearly every day. I am a paid user. it's been making me really sad because I was learning a lot from this app. When it works, it's excellent for teaching you grammar, increasing your reading and listening comprehension, and teaching you, words and useful sayings.

I really like it. it's fun, easy, and efficient. It's the only free Spanish learning app that I know of where you can change dialects. I can communicate with my amigos so much better because of this app. also has a streak counter to encourage consistent learning. There is a point where you will get a few things limited if you do not pay, though I don't mind that because you can still continue and learn a great amount.

The good: the visual design of the app. The bad: completely overwhelms you with new vocab/phrases that are insufficiently reinforced/repeated. On the other hand, the exercises are generally too easy. Even in intermediate levels, the user never constructs sentences from scratch. One can often fully bypass learning because the correct answer for an exercise is easy to identify (because the other answers are obviously wrong). I especially don't recommend this app unless you're a super-beginner.
