I am having the exact same issue Rachel!! This is ridiculous and unnecessarily frustrating. I've been emailing them, following their instructions, and this still isn't working. Logged out, logged in. Uninstalled, installed. Cleared cache, cleared data. I am beyond irritated. Previous 2 years have been fine until the auto renew 2 days ago. They keep running me in circles, I'm going to need my money back.

sucks, renewed my league pass subscription thru Google Play Store, and it won't recognize it in the app. keeps telling me to log on to the WNBA app. When I do, it doesn't recognize the purchased league pass. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, logged out, and logged back in. It still doesn't work. I haven't had issues the last 2 years that i have purchased the league pass, so it's frustrating this year. I so wish I hadn't purchased this and just saved my money.

The mobile website is better since you can listen with the screen off, and it saves your spot in replays. Thankfully, replays don't have commercials. Video and audio quality are noticeably poor in 2025 due to low bit rates, and all games still aren't produced in 1080p. Can't sign in using third party WNBA League Pass subscription, like YouTube or Prime.
