Absolutely Not!!! I downloaded this and suddenly I was fighting ads on my phone as if I was on a free game! Literally on my phone, home screen where my personal stuff lives. Then I kept getting a system notification that "Her workout light copied from my clipboard"! Ummmm No. I took it to the Tech Geeks and they had to reset my phone and deleted this app! I'm so disappointed, but, lesson learned!!! Y'all be careful!!!

Ad shows heavy woman doing chair exercises. The app gives no option for those with limited mobility. It gives exercises requiring things like jumps and lunges. Definitely not what seemed to be shown in the ad.

I had the app installed but deleted once I read the permissions that the app wants. I'm sorry but I see no need for an exercise app to be able to read my text messages and to put my phone on do not disturb. No thank you.
