Solid App Minor flaws The biggest thing I'd like to see is the full list of possible foods. I think the designers used the basic lists, but in the back of the book there are other foods listed for various cuisines, bok choy for instance. It would also be nice to change the start day and add more than one item from a food list at a time.
Overall I do like this app so far, however I am getting a bit frustrated because the app started my first day on the diet on the day I downloaded the app. I can't figure out how to change my start date and it's driving me nuts! Other than that I have been enjoying all the recipes and all the other helpful information this app has to offer. Just fix that one issue and I'll be set. :)
Horrible app. Freezes my phone and then the back button doesn't work and the arrow freezes. Have to uninstall and reinstall. Too much of a pain. I'll stick to my other app. Just wish I wouldn't have wasted 2.99 on it.
I really wish this would sync with fitbit. I like using this app to know which day I'm on, and it's a helpful tool to know what foods are ok. I don't like having to enter food, exercise, etc into 2 different apps. Also, there should be an optional smoothie day Upton between cycles like in the breakthrough edition.
I really really want to like this app. The interface is not very usable and drives me crazy. After you add a good you shouldn't have to press back 4 times to add another one from another category. You also can't add things directly to your grocery list. Just several really simple fixes that are incredibly annoying
Lots of delicious recipes..kudos for this. ...but automate the app. It's time consuming to have to key in recipes and goals daily.
