Just fraudulent. This app advertises itself as a way to back up and restore "all" your files, but after backing up my android I found that I had to pay a subscription fee to restore my data. After I got my subscription, it turns out that Dr. Fone doesn't even restore local app data, so I lost a lot of my notes and browser bookmarks. There is no customer support except a phone number with an unhelpful AI that can only troubleshoot basic issues and tell you that no humans are available

UPDATE: still won't reply to pleas for help even after public responses below! AND when cancelled WONT REFUND as stated in policies! BUYER BEWARE!! ... EARLIER: get this app if u wanna pay for app you CAN'T use & can't get reply from support. I paid, got receipt, & can't access any features OR get support. fortunately they offer 3 days free, so I can cancel before I'm charged. the EXACT OPPOSITE of what I planned.

I rarely write reviews, but had to for Dr.Fone. I had transferred over 1,000 photos and videos from a recent trip to Rome into a locked folder in XGallery, which subsequently became corrupted and couldn't be unlocked. I searched for solutions, found Dr.Fone, and was able to recover all my photos and videos from elsewhere on my device. This is the best money I have ever spent. Definitely recommend if you need to recover your phone data!
