I signed up for a monthly membership for $9.99. I have been charged $7.99 a WEEK for months (which is not even an OPTION through the company!). I have now paid the equivalent of TWO annual subscriptions, and cannot reach a single real person either through Wondershare OR Google. It's a bait and switch. Monitor your charges! It's a top rated app on the internet, but is constantly needing repairs on the kids' phones.

I had trouble with this app from day 1. They say they offer a free trial. Even after contacting support, I couldn't find it. I wanted to try it then buy the premium package annually. Wasn't able to get the trial so I decided to do weekly at first. I'm glad I did. Hardly nothing worked. Also, once the app was installed on my daughter's phone, she started having trouble with her browser. UPDATE: we had to reboot her phone to get the app off because customer service gave us the runaround.

Love the idea of this, but it's not accurate. I can have a 20+ minute conversation with the person who I'm monitoring and it will say "phone <1 min". They can be listening to a podcast and it will say "<2 minutes" when they were on the app for well over that. Those are just a couple examples. The map doesn't show the exact route they take, only lines as a bird flies. I've also never received an alert for flagged words on texts. Also, I have the PC version and it quit working after the first day.
