It worked for a few months, and then it stopped working. I contacted the help center, and after several emails back and forth, nothing was fixed. They kept saying it was my fault that the app wasn't updating when it was clearly the app itself that wasn't updating. The app started timing out my child's tablet after minutes of watching it, not the allotted 1 hour. At first, it was worth the money, but not anymore. I'm going to find another program. Disappointed.

It's ok. Tons of nuisance "explicit content" alerts because the algorithm is not intelligent. For example, my son watches a YouTube video on baseball and the word "hit" is flagged for violence or other things out of context. This happens so often and the library of words are long. It needs some kind of context consideration. No fingerprint unlock for the app. Navigating around has too many menus and buttons for basic things. Not the best interface and not that easy to use. Probably not renew.

This app has been a nightmare ever since I purchased it. The trial worked seamlessly. But as soon as I paid, it's been terrible. Set time restrictions on my son's phone doesn't work. Blocking apps doesn't work. Location is always wrong and it never updates. Constantly having to uninstall and reinstall in order for it to not work. Always stuck on loading screen then the network error pops up. NONE of the features work. This app deserves ZERO stars. I'd like a full refund asap!
