I will change my rating when this is fixed. Been using this app for years. It is awesome most times. In the past I had problems with it freezing, closing, or not saving drafts fully, but it's been smooth for about 2 years. This month though, the colors and other glitches in applying animations have been a bit frustrating. Please fix as soon as able. Thanks.

I have been using Filmora for many years, and this is the first time in maybe 5yrs I have upgraded. Filmora has always been dependable and a default fix for me with what I do when editing content... NOW! Since my recent Upgrade, I can say I AM satisfied with the overall results of the NEW LOOK, easy, and performance. I really want to give Filmora 5⭐'s, but the App has some glitches. I'm sure they will work it out... As a whole, Filmora is stellar, and I appreciate them stepping it up!🔥🚀

I've been a member for years recently renewed my annual subscription on December 8th pro status. The app wasn't recognizing my renewal. And so I was not able to use any of the pro features that I had paid for. I had to uninstall and reinstall in order for it to work but in the process I lost all of my in progress work and that is pretty unforgivable. It wasn't about the pop-ups. It's the fact that I paid for a service and it wouldn't let me use it because it refused to link up after your update
