Followed the directions, charged it 4 hours, downloaded the app, registered, and it worked. Get up this morning (day after registration), and it won't connect. Very annoying. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, and now it won't let me "take charge" of the Bowtie ... from myself. Disappointed.
Can't connect to bowtie. Followed all steps. Returning it tomorrow. Why even sell something that does not work at all. Very disappointing

I went to Best Buy for another Fitbark (which is awesome BTW) however all they had was this garbage. They look like junk. They won't connect. The instructions are in bad English. The charging lights on both units aren't even the same. I emailed the company-just to see what their support is like-but I'm returning these units and I'll order another Fitbark (and you should too!) their support is live and instantaneous. So disappointed in wonderwoof and Best Buy
