ใช้เครื่องPOSครบ3ปี แจ้งยกเลิกไป กว่าจะครบ3ปี เลื่อนวันแล้วเลื่อนวันอีก เขาไม่ได้ยกเลิกให้เลยนะคะ ใครจะซื้อPOSระวังข้อนี้ด้วย เราแจ้งยกเลิกเนื่องจากไม่อยากเสียค่าซอฟแวร์แล้ว เพราะไม่ได้เปิดร้าน จาก20/วัน ลดเป็น13/วัน ซึ่งเราต้องการยกเลิกค่ะ ไม่ได้ต้องการจะลดราคาการใช้งานเครื่องPOS เรายังเสียเวลาติดต่อเจ้าหน้าที่4-5ครั้ง เสียเวลาที่ต้องยกเลิกซ้ำๆซากๆ มันไม่จบซักที ส่งเมลยกเลิก บอกรอไม่เกิน7วัน ตอนนี้เกินแล้ว ระบบก็ไม่ยกเลิกให้ ควรเห็นใจร้านค้านะคะ ไม่ใช่จะเอาแต่เงิน หลักฐานมีครบ!!

แก้หน่อย ใช้กับเครื่อง Sunmi V2 ต้องเคลียแคชทุกวันเลย มองไม่เห็นเครื่องพิมพ์ ทำให้พิมพ์ใบออเดอร์ไม่ได้ เป็นตลอดเลย เบื่อมาก แอฟเจ้าอื่นไม่เป็นนะ ไม่งั้นก็ทำให้ต่อเครื่องพิมพ์ข้างนอกได้ด้วยจะดี

การแจ้งเตือนออเดอร์จากสาขาอื่นมายังอีกสาขา ทำให้มีการสั่งออเดอร์ในครัวเกิดความเสียหาย ไม่สามารถติดต่อเพื่อดำเนินการแก้ไขปัญหาดังกว่าได้เลยแย่มากๆ
