still have not gotten paid through the app, could not clock in or out in the app. It said I wasn't onsite when I was for the whole shift. Cannot get in touch with support for the 3rd day now. I would recommend any other work app than this. At least you can get in touch with support within a more reasonable time. If you wanna actually work and have people to talk to when there are problems I'd look at VERYABLE, they are much better than this app.

4th year using the app. It's greatest features were ease of use, prompt issue resolution & payouts. That unfortunately is no longer the case. They are moving away from gig jobs, to mid/long term placement positions. There is no way to connect with actual humans in a timely manner anymore. Delays are several days now instead of 12/24 hours. Ai is inaccurate, be prepared for incorrect job descriptions, going back & forth if you have an issue. Probably not worth it if otherwise employed.

It's an ok app & easy to use. My only problem is that they don't show me a variety of job options and there isn't an option to manually search for certain jobs, I can only select from a small list of jobs which is mostly stuff that I can't do like 20degree temperate warehouse, 45+ mile commute, overnight shifts, lift over 50 pound boxes, and $8/hr jobs. Most times it's difficult to accept a job because by the time you click it and read the description, it says "job is now no longer available".
