Woods worked diligently on my issue. And they resolved it. Thank you Woods team! I used this app and it worked great. All of a sudden this week it quit. Will NOT open. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times. It is still not ooening! Timing seems to be at its last update. PLEASE FIX IT! Contacted Woods last week via.messaenger. Today Jan 6 it is STILL NOT WORKING!

Up until recently I was able to at least open the app. Now it won't even open. It keeps saying that there is no internet service even when I'm at home logged into the internet, it says that there is already a previously Open session in progress... It's turned into a total failure! Makes me sad because I really like the wood store and I like to place my orders and go pick them up but not anymore.

Completely broken as of the 12-21-20 update. I was able to get it to open upon a clean install ONCE. However, could not get past that. After that it just says it has stopped working, and it won't even launch anymore. Original review: Super slow, agonizing to use. Did not auto update, or prompt to do so. Just quit payment method.
