Update: after several re installs and restarts the app appears to be faster and allow my payment option. So hopefully the problems have been sorted. Thank you. As has been previously been described. I have had difficulties with this app since the last update - very slow, not opening and rejecting my preferred payment option. Prior to this update the app was easy to use, with good options such as requests to shopper. Eg requesting no plastic bags.

Since the last "upgrade" the app is very laggy & slow. When I open a "list" I get the spinning icon for 30 seconds while the app is doing something in the background (not sure if it's checking against offers/boosted items?). Constantly going through a repeating cycle App works ok for a couple of months. Developer adds a "new and invaluable feature"-app performance goes backward with frequent crashing. Probkens gradually get sorted over time and app settles down

Please fix your app. Normally the app is fantastic but since the update the search functionality inefficient. Search used to be based off past shops, now I need to be very specific with size and brand in order for a product to show up. The pick up service is also very inefficient. It used to be a short 10-15min wait and now it takes over 45mins. Last shop, I have over 10 items missing. The staff in store were very apologetic as it was a problem they had been experiencing all week.
