Ratings and reviews

Really like the new update feature of being able to select 'shop pickup' but I'm still seeing items marked 'online only, delivery only' throughout the clearance section. I understand the need to sell these items but totally defeats the purpose of selecting 'shop pickup' when i do not want delivery nor do i want to pay a $9 delivery fee for a $2 item. The option to omit items by typing select key words eg. 'Harry potter' would be great!

Why does the app keep emptying my cart. Every few days What a seriously stupid feature to program into your app. I'm busy, I try not to impulse buy, I like to think about what I need for a while before I order it but I'm sick of this.

I can't register an account because the verification email never arrives. the online support is just a bot that can't help and when I tell it to connect me with a human it says no one is available
