**SEE UPDATE BELOW** This app used to be good but with the recent update we're now unable to view statements?! Every time they are downloaded the app crashes before you can view it. Not exactly helpful when this is the only option to view them. Statements being emailed instead of just an email directing us to the non working app would be a vast improvement. **UPDATE** Despite this comment, a phone call and numerous email submissions the app still hasnt been fixed. Still unable to download or view our statement. Im assuming this means we arent required to pay this month and will not be penalised.
About once a week the fingerprint login fails and it prompts me to login with my password, set a new pin and re-enable fingerprint. The interface is also cumbersome to get to transaction summary. The section requires authentication but after selecting it, you then have to press a login button (at the top of the screen, as far away as possible from the account button) to initiate the fingerprint scan. Since the option requires authentication it should just prompt to scan fingerprint immediately and get rid of the extra press. Frequent crashes on startup, particularly if you attempt to re open the app when it wasn't logged out manually on the previous use. Handy app and has potential but the basic ux needs work. ** Update 2/3/17 ** I'm very impressed at how customer suggestions in the comments here are being implemented. I noticed the auth issue mentioned above has now been fixed, and overall the app seems more stable. Well done :) updated my rating.
The add egiftcard from email feature works with my iphone but not my samsung note5. Could you please troubleshoot? Edit: worked it out i had to settings - applications - default applications - set as default - woolworths money - go to supported urls and choose "via this app". Thanks for the response though, may help if this info was posted
The new way to add gift cards to the App directly from the email is an enourmous step up. The app has improved significantly from when I first downloaded it a year ago. Keep up the good work!!!
Hi I have been trying to use this and it won't let me put my card number in it says that it has to be 19 digits long but my card only has 17 Thanks Isabelle
Great app, only suggestion is please consider having the egiftcard as a barcode that can be scanned. Coles has had this for ages! Thank you
