Worst update! Overheated the phone, auto crash app, lag and slow. A food app drains battery like 3A games?????? Crazy dev team???

After I have created an account on this app, I couldn't even make an order delivery because the main menu wouldn't load. I checked the Internet connection but it was fine. However, since the UI was user-friendly enough, it saved the app a little bit. But overall, not a good experience for me. Edit: alright, the main menu has loaded because I turned Location services on but still

Thank you for you honest feedback. BAEMIN truly sorry for the inconvenience to you.BAEMIN is only available at district 3 and district 1 at this moment and and the area will take about maximum 3 Km from the Restaurant to your place . For further area, BAEMIN will support it in the future.

The graphics and layouts are arguably the best among delivery apps right now. Prices and add on fees are so high that I'm baffled anyone would use this. Literally any other app wowuld be cheaper and have more promotions. When you search for a place, you would see the distance which would be like for example 1.2km but at checkout it would magically be 4.8km and you would be charged 40.000đ for a walking distance. I can't help but feel very much scammed.

Please accept our sincere apologies. The algorithm initially estimates the distance from your drop-off location to the merchant, then the app will go through a mapping service to determine the actual distance travelled by the driver. BAEMIN will improve the algorithm more and more accurately. We hope you continue to support us!
