Two complaints: corresponding translations of example sentences missing or wrong in some (but not most) cases. Can't see my mobile searches from web version and vice versa. However it stands out from the rest because: The dictionary content is great; You can search for phrases, e.g. "as soon as"; When entering a term you can enter either English or Spanish and it will figure out which way to go.
Love it, but also love to see improvements I have not been able to find a better French dictionary, Hooray! However, I think there is room for improvements. I wish I could go back and forth between the stored favorite terms and their meaning, without having to start from the beginning. I also think sometimes it hangs. When the word exists in the dictionary and the internet connection is stable, it freezes, without finding the word. It's still the best out there. Can't wait to see improvements please! Pretty please?! Thank you guys!
Italian-English dictionary isn't extensive enough, I find myself using my big paper one a lot with more advanced reading. Also has an annoying glitch where when looking up a word it will randomly switch to the conjugator.
It used to be better. The drop-down menu is essentially worthless, as it's no longer clickable, but vanishes from view immediately. An email to the developers has been ignored. Also, forward and back buttons used to be great and allow the user to see word history, but that has been discontinued.
This is app is so easy to use, it reviews not only the definition, but also provides uncomplicated sentences that includes the word you want to know, and then you can use it straight away, in everyday speech.
I love all the options it has. It's excellent for language learning. It has not only definition or translation but comparative and superlative forms for adjectives and adverbs. It has past and participle forms of verbs, etc.
- Fixed "white screen" bug.
