It's a pretty good app. Could be a bit more robust, but it's good for checking ticket workload and making small updates. Seems like it could flow a little better, but I'm not sure what to suggest with my limited use as of yet.
Great company resource for field technicians Our field technicians have the company crm at their fingertips with this neat little app. The support case feature allows them to update their jobs in realtime and send the completed jobs back to our manager for review/invoice instantly instead of having to wait for paperwork to come back to the office. Also the ability to click on a customers address from the app and open straight into google maps for navigation is amazing.
A very user friendly layout. Smooth environment that works great over wifi or data. I love the timesheets, they help me stay organized. Also the ability to add support tickets is perfect for out of office calls. The new layout is easier on the eyes and streamlined to work flawlessly over data.
I really like using Work ECT for my business. It helps me manage projects, marketing to potential customers and tracking income and expenses. It has nearly everything I am looking for in a CRM.
Very nice app. I love to use it to keep track of my tickets that are assigned to my group. It's also a great way to keep up with my company contacts. Very helpful.
This app is really good. It's not the full version of worketc that I would love to see one day but their website works 100% on mobile so no worries there. This app is very robust. I especially like to use it to check on the statuses of tickets and to make updates to our customer database. I highly recommend it.
