Bridg sends detailed CRM information to mobile Contact Center Agents when they answer a call, and lets Agents make call notes in CRM.
The call originates from the Anywhere365 Unified Contact Center (UCC) and is transferred to your cellphone including all relevant CRM data.
You can review the case history and assist your customer anywhere you are, meaning you do not have to ask them to call back. When required you can transfer the call back to the UCC via the same app. Just choose a colleague or Agent (skill) group that is available and transfer. You can also call your phone's contacts or any number from within the app via Anywhere365. Calls are recorded serverside by the Anywhere365 Enterprise Dialogue Platform. After the call you can classify the call for reporting purposes, just like you would do when you’re in the office.
