Absolutely nothing about this works. Couldn't connect my phone number. Enabling notifications doesn't actually check off "enable notifications" from the checklist. And unless you live in California, New York or Florida, you're not going to be able to actually verify your account Edit: and now they want to insult my intelligence by asking me if the app I had just downloaded was the most up to date version 🙄

Introduce a feature where no other email can log into the account except the one used to register. Also work on reset password feature. Now like today , I've lost all my coins just because someone , somewhere, somehow managed to access my account. I watched as my coins were getting siphoned , the person on the other end was super fast, I guess they're using bots .

Buggy app, support is abysmal. Got an app error during account creation and was locked out of the app by the device limit. Can't access account associated with device, can't create new account because device limit. Contact support. "Please help.". Answer: "sure. Just go the app settings and press delete account button". "There is no "gear" icon to access settings from the app screens available to me, can you that remotely?" "Transfering you senior specialist". No reply for 2 months, then a week.
