Ratings and reviews

They were very good to transfer money to Somalia EVC and very convenient. But lately they have been having so much problem with it, delay, and technical issue. But they're really good to transfer money in kenya with. Also their customer service have changed it when you call the customer service. It says wait for 5 to 10 minutes, and you wait longer than that. On the other hand, when you request to cancel the funds, you don't get it as convenient as I used to be. I'm still missing my funds lost.

This app worked fine in the beginning. But it stops working, and they use every excuse as to why your transfers don't work anymore other than admitting that their app has issues. Read the other reviews, and you'll see the same issues from many others. There are multiple transaction numbers, your contact number is useless, and I'm already verified, so why would I need the ID help. I haven't been refunded for four transactions,and three are still in progress for more than two days. -⭐️

Updated review. The money I transfered last night was delayed and they told me that they'll update/email me within 6 hours. It's been more than 6 hours and the transfer status is still "Failed" and no one has updated/contacted me. It could have been a considerable status if the receiver was new and I uploaded a wrong information regarding the recepient, but it was a recepient that I've been sending money ever since I've used this app. Do better WorldRemit!
