⭐ Built by worriers for worriers

WorryTree was founded by Louise, who was diagnosed with Generalised Anxiety Disorder a few years ago. She had to undergo a series of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy sessions to manage her issues. Her sessions encouraged her to share the power of CBT with the world and make it easy to access from anywhere. No wonder WorryTree is a revolution that was built by worriers for worriers.

Along with generalised anxiety disorder, people suffering from panic attacks, social anxiety, and stress might also benefit from CBT. WorryTree works like a guided journal to track your thoughts and emotions, manage your worries, offer anxiety help, encourage self-reflection and stress relief/anxiety relief and improve your mental health.

❤️ To practice CBT and feel better, install WorryTree now.

Edited review: after initial problems setting up the various elements, the founder kindly got in touch and helped me get it all going. It might be helpful for future users to know that any changes made do take a while to take effect and I needed to close and reopen the app a few times initially. Seems to be working fine now.

This is the best app honestly for anxiety or obsessive thinking. It's very simple and has a calm design and gives the user a feeling of empowerment in their life. It would be nice if it had features in the side menu like gratitude, guided audios, sleep sounds/or a panic button for relaxation breathing like some competitor apps have. I am close to making this one my main app but I was sold on the relax/panic button with breathing exercise visuals in the other apps.

Hi Katie, thanks so much for your feedback, this is incredibly helpful! We are looking at adding some relaxation techniques into the app and the idea of a relax/panic button is brilliant! We've just added a gratitude journal into our WorryTree Plus option and do watch this space for more relaxation exercises too. Best wishes, Louise.

Terrible, I downloaded the app, replied to email etc went into the app, was presented with the record worry text box which I spent some time writing down, it said something like swipe left to continue which I did, after that the text worry sections were greyed out and a subscription option appears, I don't have a problem with subs, however why let me waste my time entering a worry before displaying that, I can't even find what I've written now, I'm annoyed, I'll just delete the app and use notes

Hey Steve - I'm really sorry that you experienced this issue - you should have been given a seven day free trial of all the tools so that you could decide whether WorryTree is right for you and it sounds like you didn't get this. If you could email me directly at hello@worry-tree.com I'll share a 3-month free subscription. BW, Louise, Founder.
