This App used to work like it should. Most of the time now you can't even log in. It just says " call for assistance ". I'd say, 80% of the time this happens.. This has been going on for well over a year now. Absolute joke. I have jeanne darc also, and their app works perfectly every single time. Never an issue.

If its not working for you and only has a white screen when you try and start it. Log into online banking using a computer. Go to online banking and remove all devices that have acesss. Then add the device your using again. The app finally is working again. Hope to help some out that may be having issues with whitescreen on app launch.

The app does not work on my phone. I have a galaxy s22+ and every time I try to open the app all I get is a white screen with a small logo. It doesn't change, and never loads anything else. Does not work, need this fixed asap
