Fir weeks I've been unable to pay my bill! I've logged in several times, updated some information but can't find any way to update other information. It's showing no comparison info for prior years but should. I previously paid by text - that doesn't work either! I see no way to delete the existing payment method or related information for the credit card which may be incorrect. Frustrating!😡

Used to work - now it doesn't. So frustrating!! I never had a problem with this app until recently - open the app and it just keeps "thinking". Never opens! Absolutely ridiculous that this hasn't been fixed yet. It's been about 3 months now that I haven't been able to use it. No updates to fix it or anything!! Absurd.

Horrible! No one is doing anything to fix app... I've tried to uninstall and install multiple times each month now for 2-1/2 months. One minute I don't have a bill the next it's outrageous and I've been up to date on all of them.
