I really enjoyed it until the 7th week when the free version just clapped out and refused to do anything resembling functionality. I would rather pay a once off charge to maintain the nice free version (up to week 7) as I don't want the group support. The app now struggles to start/load unlike week 6. Up until then I would have recommended it very highly.
I tried to cancel my subscription over six months ago at the end of my trial. At that time, I followed cancellation instructions and then was charged. I thought I cancelled to late so just chalked it up to my mistake. Now, six months later after not using or having the app installed I was charged again! Pretty upset as the Web gives instructions of how to cancel which I did and says they don't give refunds. Huge rip off! Need to make cancellation easier. If I get charged again (after cancelling again which I will do now), I will report this to the BBB.
There are many hoops to jump through to cancel your account. The website claims to have an interactive bot you can work with, but the thing is unresponsive. This app is the biggest bait and switch shady business system out there. What a mistake installing it was.
It's my first day, and I'll gladly update my review later once I know more! The thing I'd like to submit feedback on, is that the green/red food color system is disappointing and frustrating as a colorblind person. Please consider adding ways to make it accessible for everyone, even those of us with vision deficiencies. That said, I'm excited to try this and I think the rest of the system will be really helpful.
Way too much going on. Hard to even find features or navigate app. I don't need some much homework and such a long to-do list.
So I just created a profile and it doesnt allow me to log on, no where to log on in desktop site either.
