Apart from a few instances in the past where there had been delays at the receiving bank and I had to check with the Tetrad team, the service is excellent. I keep the remaining star because I prefer the WSL logo to the current one. Also, because I have to enter more information now to verify a new recipient. Just the bank name and the account number was perfect for me, and the app brings up the name for verification. If the name does not match what I have, I call the recipient to clarify.

I had sent money over 36 hours but was not remitted into the person's account, status still showing pending, trying to contact anyone via email,text, and calls but no reply or response from anyone, and issue still not resolved up till this moment. How can I refer someone to use the app,if they are this irresponsible by not dealing with issues, I'm scared of continuing to use the app,if problems cannot be resolved or even get to speak with someone or customer care help desk.
