Very good for its radar imagery. Zooms and pans quickly. Can set the weather to motion too. However, its main shortcoming is that it doesn't match the website's version in two key areas: (1) storm-severity coloring isn't the same. The website will show areas of red intensity but the app shows the same storm as only yellow, and (2) when you set the weather into motion, the website shows the past 2 hours in 10-min increments but the app only shows the past 45-min in 5-min increments. I'd rate this 5-stars if they bring the app's capabilities to the same as the website's.
It's visually very nice but... After installing and unstalling it twice, I have experienced difficulties opening and having this app running smoothly. It works well at the beginning (checked it 5 or 6 times) but then stopped running. This happened twice. I'm giving it a third chance because I like the way it displays information. Let's see...
I don't like It keeps on telling me I'm in Montgomery village,md don't get this it will tell something different
Great weather app The only way to see what is around you and what is coming.
Daily forecast at bottom I do not like that you do not have the ability to remove the daily forecast at the bottom of the map view screen and review the map only. You have a button at the bottom for that. It didn't need to be incorporated on the map view screen.
Every phone that I have obtained has had this app. I love it.
* Fixed looping (animation) problem with weather images
