I love the app because we are so far from our branch but routinely run into problems with the mobile upload. I literally just had to try 4 times to upload a check because the system can't recognize the difference between the front and back of a check. It is SUPER annoying to have to retake pictures multiple pictures. Update: Jan 2022, I just tried the same check 6, SIX, different times before the app recognized the back image of the check. Not fixing this knocked off a star!

This app is horrible, i have problems gettung into both my accounts and then ut wont let me in one of my accounts says my credentials do not match. I banked here for along time and everytime they update they make it worse! Heck i cant post tjis comment it wont load!

It is SO frustrating that once I leave my house I have to verify my credentials, and get a code sent to email on file in order to log in! No matter how many times I "name this device" running out of names for my phone. I get it's supposed to be a security measure but I can't even go the 1 block away to the grocery store and log in normal without verification. It is my husband email that is linked so if I can't get hold of him to grt the code, I can't get it. So annoying !
